What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout process. This includes major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Amazon and Google Pay. In some cases, financing options including Klarna, AfterPay, ClearPay, PayPal pay in 3, and more are available. All payments are processed securely.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team by using the “Contact Us” page in the footer as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
What do your stock statuses “in stock”, “pre-order”, and “backorder” mean?
- In Stock: The item is currently in our warehouse and ready to be shipped.
- Pre-Order: This item is not yet released, but you can reserve yours in advance. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page. Pre-Orders are shipping on a “first in, first out” basis (Meaning that the people that pre-order their device early, will also get it earlier)
- Backorder: The item is temporarily out of stock, but we are expecting more. Placing a backorder will reserve a unit for you from the next shipment.

Do you have a physical store?
DROIX operates primarily as an online retailer. However, we do offer a “Click and Collect” service from our office in London, UK.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in the UK, EU, and the USA. We will dispatch your order from the nearest warehouse when possible with available stock to ensure the fastest possible delivery time.
How long does shipping take?
We offer various shipping options, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. For UK customers, we offer next-day delivery options. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. All orders placed before 2 PM UK time on a business day (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched on the same day.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
For customers within the UK and EU, all taxes and duties are included in the price. For customers in other countries, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Our products are brand new. We also occasionally offer refurbished items, which are clearly marked as such and come with their own specific warranty terms.
Do your devices come with games pre-installed?
Our devices do not come with any pre-installed games. They run on standard operating systems like Windows or Android, allowing you to install your own legally purchased software and games.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any reason if you change your mind, provided the product is returned in its original condition with all accessories. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or follow the instructions at https://droixstore.returnscenter.com/
What is the warranty on your products?
Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty (2 years for GPD products) that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty is managed directly by us, so you won’t have to deal with third-party manufacturers. Please note that refurbished items may have a different warranty period, which will be specified on the product page. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Does opening my device void the warranty?
We understand that many of our customers are enthusiasts who like to upgrade or tinker with their devices. Therefore, simply opening your device will not void the warranty, as long as no damage is caused during the process. However, any damage caused by user modifications will not be covered.
